Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy: 

We ship all orders as quickly as possible, typically within 1-2 business days, but please note that there may be processing delays in shipping during sale events and peak shopping days which could take up to 5-7 days to process. If you need to receive your package by a specific date, you can always contact Customer Service for help in getting your package ASAP! Please email cs@shopenclothe.com with any shipping questions. 
  • Shipping for all orders will have a $5.99 shipping fee
  • Orders over $100 will receive FREE shipping
  • Free local pickup is available (choose option at checkout)
Return Policy:

To start a return please fill out a return request below. Your return will be reviewed for eligibility and accepted within 24-48 hours. 

What items are returnable?
  • Returns must be requested within 10 days of receiving to be eligible
  • Items must be sent back to us within 14 days of its delivery 
  • Items must be unworn and all tags must be attached to be considered
  • Items must be free of odors, stains, pet hair, or any modifications.
  • Items are returnable for store credit only
What items are non-returnable?
  • Items purchased during a discount sale (25% off or more), or items under our final sale tab. 
  • Intimates and undergarments
  • Accessories and Jewelry
Are there any charges for return?
  • There is no restocking fee for returns, however, you are responsible for return shipping charges. 
  • Original shipping charges is non-refundable, and shipping will be deducted from credit amount if FREE shipping was utilized
  • Customers found to be excessive with returns will in-cur a restocking fee of 20%
How soon will I get my credit?
  • Once your return is received and inspected typically within 24-48 hours, we will send you a notification that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund which may take up to 72 hours.
  • If you are approved, then your return will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to a gift card and emailed to your email account on file. 
Can I exchange my Item?
  • Due to the rate of turnover of products we cannot guarantee an item will be in stock when an item is sent back for an exchange. We recommend if a different size is needed to place a new order for the new size before submitting your return.
